This is an interesting and challenging role which, if successful, will require you to work using your own initiative with support from the Manager and Assistant Manager at Limewood.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure the effective delivery of Care within the scheme.
- Supervise and support staff
- Attend review meetings and review Care Plans
- Contribute to the implementation of service developments and operational functions within the scheme.
NVQ/QCF Level 2 Qualification in Health and Social Care required and willingness to work towards Level 3
